We are an independent short-term and long-term insurance brokerage based at 11 Steyn Road, Krugersdorp, 1747, South Africa.

• FAIS records: at least five years from the date of the relevant transaction or advice
• FICA records: at least five years from the end of the business relationship or transaction
• Claims records: for the duration of the policy and a reasonable period thereafter
• Marketing consents and opt-outs: until you withdraw consent or object, and for a reasonable period thereafter as evidence of compliance

Where information is no longer required and there is no legal obligation to retain it, we will securely delete or anonymise it.
